Privacy Policy

Plain English Privacy Policy

At Queen B we’re passionate about many things, one of which is respect – for bees, for the environment, for our staff and for our customers.

In order to service you properly (whether that’s an enquiry or an order) we require details that allow us to deliver on that.  We will only use those details for the purposes of fulfilling your enquiry or orders.   We will never sell your details to a third party (unless it was to a party, with the same values, who was buying the Queen B business for a bucketload of money).

We will treat you and your private information with the same respect as we’d like our information to be treated.  If you haven’t subscribed to receive marketing from us, then we won’t send it to you – it’s common sense to us, but sadly lacking in many other companies.

If you have any concerns at all, please either call us on +61 2 9905 1188 or send us an email to

Where there are any differences between our Plain English Privacy Policy and our Legalese Privacy Policy, the legalese privacy policy applies.
